Batch analysis

The batch-analysis component compares the current or selected batch against a known-good batch (a “golden batch”) from history. The golden batch is always identified by the user.

It is possible to create a dashboard of batch components to display multiple measurements at the same time. When in online mode, Wedge visualizes the progress of the current batch against the golden batch.

Thanks to the batch-analysis feature, production personnel can easily notice deviations from best practice and take corrective action swiftly.
